BioMutt gear is made for dogs who live life fully—on trails, in training, and everywhere in between. Learn what’s covered under our warranty and how to file a claim below.adventure for you.

BioMutt offers a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect—such as stitching failure, hardware malfunction, or construction issues—we will review the item and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Chew marks or bite damage
• Scratching or claw damage
• Fraying from regular or extended use
• Damage from pulling, snagging, or accidental impact
• Improper use or failure to follow care instructions
• Fading from sun exposure, water, washing, or outdoor elements

Because BioMutt gear is designed for active dogs, signs of wear over time are expected and considered normal.

To qualify for warranty review:

• Products must have been purchased directly from BioMutt or an authorized seller
• The issue must be related to a manufacturing defect
• The product must be available for evaluation (photos are required; physical inspection may be requested)

This limited lifetime warranty applies for the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use conditions. Coverage is determined based on product type, use, and condition at the time of review.

To start a warranty request, please contact us at sales@biomutt.com with the following:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

We typically respond within 3-5 business days.

If a claim is approved, BioMutt may offer one of the following at its discretion:

• Product replacement
• Store credit
• Refund (if applicable)

Refunds are not guaranteed under this warranty and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

BioMutt reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that appears to result from misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
