Return & Exchange Policy

At BioMutt, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

• Salt Aura accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in new condition to be eligible.
• Returns and exchanges are only available for BioThane pet gear and select pet-themed items.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Hand-knit items, including hand-knit pet beds
  • Exception: Hand-knit items may be returned only if the package remains sealed and unused.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.
• Salt Aura covers return shipping labels for exchanges only. 
• Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items listed under final sale

Condition Requirements 

• Returned items must be free of wear, damage, pet hair, odors, or signs of use.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or exchange.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive next steps and shipping instructions.
