• In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
• Out-of-stock or made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped and does not include transit time.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s estimated delivery window. BioMutt is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
• BioMutt is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout
